Dear Athletes, 

ELITE DIVISION means that only experienced competitors and highly trained athletes can perform in this category so please expect all movement that you know from CrossFit Open and even more. 

SPORT DIVISION for us is division where you can in general expect lighter weights and standard gymnastic movements, but you can expect some advanced gymnastics and heavier loads in final workouts, so we can test your limits and find the best.

You will have to login to your Competition Corner account to submit the scores.
To submit the scores you have to upload a video of your workout to a video hosting site like YouTube and the PUBLIC link to that video is required to submit your score.

For a valid submission you must follow these guidelines:
Video can not be edited in any way
On the start of a video you must state your name
You must show the equipment used (barbell, weights, medball, etc…)
Workout should be recorded so every movement standard is clearly visible, best from the side
The camera can move during workout but athlete must be visible during the full length of the workout
For every „no rep“ we will correct the score and videos that don't meet the standards will be rejected and score set as last on the leaderboard
YOU CAN SUBMIT THE SCORE FOR EACH WORKOUT ONLY ONCE SO PLEASE REVIEW YOUR VIDEO BEFORE YOU SUBMIT IT.

Dear Athletes,

Qualifications: 11eur + Comp. Corner fee's

Finals: 70eur+ Comp Corner fee's
